Indulge your palate with a Röbller Vineyard wine flight. Our four curated flights showcase our best varietals offering a selection of wines by category. Choose from dry red, dry white, fruity/sweet or reserve red wine flight. Each flight includes a Stölzle crystal wine stem.

Enhance the tasting experience with a cheese flight or picnic pack featuring Cool Cow Cheese and Schubert's Summer Sausage.

The Ultimate Wine and Cheese Experience…$40

Available every summer Saturday, “The Ultimate Wine and Cheese Experience,” is a winemaker/cheesemaker collaboration where you will enjoy five artfully curated pairings of Cool Cow Cheeses and Röbller Vineyard wines.

  • 3 oz. each wine, along with a generous portion of each limited-release Jersey cheese

  • Seyval paired with Edam

  • Reserve Vignoles paired with Spring Havarti

  • Chambourcin Reserve paired with Jersey Jack

  • Old Vine Norton paired with Missouri Special

  • Land Grant Red paired with aged Camembert

Each pairing may be enjoyed on its own, but there is plenty to share. These limited-time cheeses were hand selected to pair with each wine. The cost is $40 (does not include glass). A glass will be provided for the tasting and may be purchased for an additional $10.

This stainless-aged expression accentuates the European qualities of Chambourcin as a lighter-bodied, food-friendly wine. $18/bottle

Le Trompier Noir 2016
Our exclusive barrel-aged field blend of Chambourcin, St. Vincent and Villard Noir evokes the qualities of a classic French Pinot Noir. $20/bottle

Norton Vintage Blend
This barrel-aged vintage blend of Norton is a soft, medium bodied wine with great balance of fruit and depth. $20/bottle

Hillside Cuvée
Our vineyard blend of Chambourcin, St. Vincent and Norton is barrel-aged, full of spicy fruit with a rich textural finish. $20/bottle

Villa Rouge
This fruit-forward semi-dry red is perfect with BBQ or Pizza night. Serve room temperature or slightly chilled. $16/bottle

Seyval
This citrus-forward, Sauvignon Blanc styled wine is well-balanced with bright acidity.

Hillside Blanc
A representative blend of the vineyard showcasing the best of Seyval, Vidal and Vignoles is fruity, dry and crisp. $17/bottle

2018 Vignoles Reserve
Full bodied, creamy and textural structure articulates the exotic tropical fruit notes depth and great complexity. $20/bottle

2015 Vidal Reserve
This Burgundy inspired style of Vidal is rich and creamy with toasty vanilla notes intertwined with exotic fruits across the palate. $20/bottle

St. Vincent Rosé
Our Rosé boasts rich strawberry fruit character with creamy body and a dry, crisp finish.

Our answer to a German-style Riesling, this semi-dry wine is a great balance of stone fruit and citrus character. $16/bottle

Gabrielle’s Blush
Light and fruity with just enough sweetness, this semi-sweet wine is great by itself or with a great picnic spread. $16/bottle

Vignoles
This exceptional Vignoles excites the palate with a perfect balance of exotic tropical fruit, sweetness and crisp finish. $18/bottle

Sweet Sunset Red
Our fruity, sweet red wine is loaded with berry flavors and pairs well with dark chocolate.

Golden in color, this perfectly sweet white wine rich with Moscato fruit flavors.

Chambourcin Reserve 2017
This elegant expression of Chambourcin is stunningly complex from start to finish. The wine was refined for 18 months, using new Chinkapin oak barrels. $39/bottle

Old Vine Norton 2015
The 25-year-old vines delivered incredible fruit in 2015. Our extended cellar process created a robust outcome that was tamed with 36 months of barrel aging prior to bottling. $39/bottle

Le Trompier Noir Reserve 2017
This vintage represents our most expressive Le Trompier Noir in its nearly 30-year history. Balanced, age worthy and complex. Enjoy our homage to Burgundy. $45/bottle

Land Grant Red 2018
