Enjoy the Ultimate Wine and Cheese Experience This Summer at Röbller Vineyard

Every summer Saturday, discover what is possible through the enjoyment of great wine, cheese and conversation. Treat your senses to a tour of unexpected tastes while taking in the relaxing view of our rolling hills and vineyard. Ask for “The Ultimate Wine and Cheese Experience,” a winemaker/cheesemaker collaboration where you will enjoy five artfully curated pairings of Cool Cow Cheeses and Röbller Vineyard wines.

While a picture paints 1,000 words, here is what is in the pairing includes 3 oz. each wine, along with a generous portion of each limited-release Jersey cheese:

  • Seyval paired with Edam

  • Reserve Vignoles paired with Spring Havarti

  • Chambourcin Reserve paired with Jersey Jack

  • Old Vine Norton paired with Missouri Special

  • Land Grant Red paired with aged Camembert

Each pairing may be enjoyed on its own, but there is plenty to share. These limited-time cheeses were hand selected to pair with each wine. The Ultimate Wine and Cheese Experience flight is available for a limited time and only on Saturdays. The cost is $40 (does not include glass). A glass will be provided for the tasting and may be purchased for an additional $10.
