Join us for the Wild Bacon Wine Trail on Saturday, May 6, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, May 7, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Smoky, savory, and always delicious, bacon will be the main ingredient for food and wine pairings at seven stops on the Hermann Wine Trail.
Röbller Vineyard will be serving Bacon Ragu over Polenta, paired with Estate Chambourcin.
